The diagnosis help desk system, developed here by us at ResultNetworks, was first applied Europe-wide by a manufacturing client and is now integrated into their central platform. Thanks to our ‘customized’ programming, the application exactly meets the client’s requirements and wishes.
Test Drive Planning Tool, “MIA”
When asking for a test drive, whether by a customer or a local salesperson, the following questions and problems often arise: Which vehicles are available? When and for how long? And, how much space does the dealership offer?
For this very situation, we have developed the Demonstration Vehicle and Test Drive Planner, ‘MIA’, which is currently being utilized by two importers as their primary tool for answering these questions. That way a confirmed test drive can readily be arranged via a safe login from any place and at any time. Quick, Easy and Convenient.
Customer Satisfaction Analysis Tool, "EKG"
Satisfied customers are the guarantors of three empirical qualities: They come back. They recommend your services to others. And, they are willing to pay more.
Therefore, we have developed the web-based Customer Satisfaction Analysis Tool, “EKG” (Electronic Customer Emotion Measurement). With only five questions, the automotive dealership gets a sense of their customer’s satisfaction and thus can react accordingly. In this way, we support the automotive dealer in the area of service by specifically analyzing the price-to-performance assessment. And, when a customer’s feedback is negative, the integrated complaint management tool ensures that the dealership can react as quickly as possible.
Manufacturer and Importer Specific Maintenance Planner and Solutions, “MSA”
Due to changing service requirements for vehicles and in particular due to the combination of mileage and time-dependent maintenance work; the creation of a maintenance plan has become more and more dependent on the vehicle, its age and mileage. As a result, we were commissioned to develop a database solution that addressed these facts and that generate a specific service plan simply by entering VIN, initial registration and mileage.
Initially created as a national project, the tool quickly gained international recognition and is now available in twelve languages and generates approximately 10,000 maintenance plans per week. Highly redundant server solutions and a connected help desk ensure the highest availability. The integration into the central package pricing system of the manufacturer is currently under development, so that service packages corresponding to the maintenance effort can be quickly generated and passed on to the DMS.
